I am so glad a friend recommended your company to me for my mother. Everyone I have spoken with over the years has been friendly, caring and helpful. After many episodes of false alarms, recently my Mom fell at home breaking her hip. The service worked exactly as planned and I was with her within 10 minutes waiting for the ambulance. Was so happy to have it around my neck when I tried to move after having received a broken hip. Medical Alert notified my 1st responder and there was prompt response.
