I just purchased a medical alert necklace for my mother-in-law. I haven't received it yet so can only review the sales experience. Harry was great with answering my questions and making me feel comforted and relieved with the decision to purchase the product. The cost is comparable, but I went with medical alert for the reason that Harry was not pushy but I felt I was talking to an informative neighbor.
