Seth helped me and answered all my questions and he gave me all kinds of information about Medical Alert. He made me realize how important a Fall Pendant would be for me so I ordered the set up for myself. I dearly appreciate all of his help. I'm anxiously awaiting to receive my Medical Alert equipment.
