Thinks are good.

I have used the alert button for when I've fallen. The response is always very prompt. They assure me everything will be taken care of.

After taking a fall on my back on the pavement below my front porch, I used my pendent button to call for the paramedics. They were here in a few minutes, and Medic Alert also notified both my daughters-my emergency contacts. I was taken by ambulance to the ER and had an X-ray of my back and C-T scan of my head. Nothing broken or concussion, thankfully. I am being much more careful!! Thank you. Betty Brown

My Mom has had Medical Alert for three years. During that time she has used ‘her button’ twice due to falls. The system worked perfectly both times. Mom feels more secure at home with this service. She is 92 and lives in her home with only some outside support.

This service has been for my 90 yr old Mom and we couldn't be more happy with the service and the quick response she receives when necessary. All staff have been excellent, friendly and professionally personal. Thank you Medical Alert best thing we did for our Mom.
