Medical Alert

Medical Alert responded quickly when button was pushed. Explained situation to them and EMT's were dispatched. They arrived quickly, assessed the situation, and handled it very professionally. They were very polite and most helpful.

My Mom was having trouble with her alert device and you replaced it quickly. Also she did have an incident where medical personnel was contacted and she got the help she needed.
