Medical Alert

Excellent service. When my father fell one night, everything worked in a precise and timely way. I was upstairs asleep and didn’t hear the alarm. But the Medical Alert rep called my phone, woke me, and I was able to go down and help him. They also called for an ambulance. Dad’s fine thanks in part to Medical Alert.

The first time I had to use the medical alert was a good experience for me. I fell, but was not hurt, but couldn't get up. Being 91 it is a bit hard. Services were at my house in about 10 min. The assistance group were friendly and very helpful.

Good service. Answered promptly and called the appropriate service that I needed.

They have responded quickly when I have set off alarm. I wish I could get new string for them
