The response time was good., as it always has been! don't know what I'd do without the paramedics coming to help me. It's usually to get me up off the floor or the ground. I was pleasantly surprised that Medical Alert responded to my signal from outside of my house,

I have been very pleased with the service of Medical Alert. I had the incorrect phone number of my contact person. That has now been remedied. However, the medical alert people on the phone gave me ecellent sercvice. One time they called an ambulance for me...and the other time they called my wife. I wear thje device every day. I put itr on rthe minutew I get out of bed every morning. My granddaughter is a social worker in Chicago and she strongly suggested I get a medical alert.
