The help came very fast and they were very nice. Ira had fallen, they picked him up and was out in 5 minutes.

Excellent unit and customer service.

My dad is 93 years old and still lives alone. We are there daily but can’t be there 24/7. Medical Alert gives us peace of mind that if he falls he can send for help and Medical Alert calls us immediately after dispatching the first responders. He’s used it 3 times and the EMT’s were there before we were. Very pleased with Medical Alert!!!
