Medical Alert

Pleased with service.

I pressed the button and my neighbors called 911 approximately the same time so I don't know actually know who contacted or if both 911 call and your call but EMTs were here in less than 10 minutes and were fantastic treating me.

Medical Alert was a life saver for my mom. She had several fall, not to serious where she was able to push her bracelet to get help. The only thing I wasn’t fond of was the main box was in the living room, therefore I’d she was in her bedroom, the responders were unable to hear her call for help, but at least as was contacted immediately. Thanks again!

It is an easy, quick way to reach help in time of emergency when every minute counts.

The operator responded promptly an d put me in touch with 911. I was then able to reach the paramedics who I instructed how to get into my house They arrived in about 7 minutes. They picked me up off the floor and put me in bed. The whole affair went like clock work.
