Medical Alert

My mom fell in the middle of the night and she pushed her medical alert button and I was notified that she had fallen and that the fire department had already been notified. By the time I got there the firemen and ambulance were already there. I am very impressed with the quick response Medical Alert provided.

Bill passed away from covid19 December 9th, 2020. It gave me peace of mind for him to have the medical alert bracelet and necklace when I was gone. I found them to respond right away when alerted and even if it was a mistaken contact by Bill. Since he was extremely hard of hearing, it compounded communication when I was gone. Thank you very much for your services!

We called on your service twice in the last month or so; one when my friend fell and broke her ankle. Later, she tipped her wheelchair over in the hall. Both problems were handled expeditiously. Today I must call and get the test done to stop the annoyance of the blinking light in the living room. It doesn't bother me but it does Ms. Wernham!
