I am the daughter of Norris and Laura. I could not have been happier with the service we received. So thankful we had it when dad fell. I loved that everyone on my list was notified of the accident. My siblings praised me for ordering it.

Not only was a timely ambulance sent to my home as needed, but the gal on the phone took care of calling my daughter-in-law per my request so she could get here at the same time the ambulance arrived.
