I purchased a Welly Traveler 20oz bottle from Amazon as a gift for my nephew and it arrived with a cracked cap. I was going to return it but took a chance and emailed Welly first and they are graciously replacing the cap! That is stellar customer service, considering they weren't even responsible for the damage. My nephew loves the bottle with it's classy bamboo cap and says it keeps his water colder longer than his previous one. We are both happy campers, thanks Welly!
