I purchased a Welly Traveler 20oz bottle from Amazon as a gift for my nephew and it arrived with a cracked cap. I was going to return it but took a chance and emailed Welly first and they are graciously replacing the cap! That is stellar customer service, considering they weren't even responsible for the damage. My nephew loves the bottle with it's classy bamboo cap and says it keeps his water colder longer than his previous one. We are both happy campers, thanks Welly!

I’ve had a Welly bottle for 6 years and I can honestly say it is the best bottle I’ve had. Better than other brands like Yeti or Corkscicle. It’s easy to clean and keeps my water cold even if I leave it in the hot car in the florida sun.
