We ordered a SUP a week ago, and haven’t received it yet apparantly due to issues with DAO. It should have been used in the last 2 weeks of our summer holiday and we were enticed by the offer of day to day delivery.

Haven't received the full delivery yet (ordered 4 workdays ago), even though your website said within 24 hours. And now my package seems to be lost and I'm informed that it can take 10 workdays before it is found.

Bought a swim cap to hold my hair dry at the beach. The description said that it was lined with soft rubber to keep the water out. But there was only rubber in the outer edge, the rest is fabric and the water ran right through. I wanted my money back cause I bought it on false advertisement but I could only get a free code to shop on the website, like I would ever give my money to this company again. So I'm super disappointed.
