Getwatery

We urgently needed a wetsuit, and the webshop stated that it would be shipped the same day and it would arrive the next day. This was the primary reason for choosing watery as we could have it the next day. However, the parcel was not shipped before the next day and the parcel arrived too late. I wrote to customer services, but they did not care and they gave an indifferent answer to my complaint.

After 14 days, still not received the swim glasses. Fault is with DAO, since they hay have registered the parcel. Watery does not take action for the missing delivery. I must do this myself.

Website promises quick delivery and tracking after 1-12 hours. Ordered an inflatable kajak and after 48 hours I could still not track anything. Costumer service close to rude and not very helpful. And really irritating tone in e-mail: "have a fantastic day" when you are clearly not having a fantastic day because Watery does not deliver what it promises. Will never shop there again.

I received 2 times wrong goods, and the 2nd time I need to send them back to DK on my cost. Bad, very bad No regards
