Very happy with the product, the service and the whole experience

Purchased the Troubadour Apex 4. 0 in March 2026. Had to be patient for the delivery but it was well worth the wait. Been using it for a couple of weeks now and I'm really happy with the design, materials and the way it sits on my back. I also love how thoughtfully the compartments are laid out — everything has its place and it makes packing and accessing your gear a lot more intuitive.

Love love love my Generation backpack. The best feature is the strap comfort. If your "Search" includes a "Navigation" of all the backpacks out there, I highly recommend this bag based on strap comfort alone, which I never got with other higher-end luxury backpacks. My backpack is everything for me - EDC, business, and a mini go bag. I appreciate the minimalist look that allows me to blend into the crowd without screaming brand. I also appreciate the waterproof features, having gotten caught in the rain with my other leather backpack that didn't repel the rain. Some people complain about the zippering; lightly running a #2 pencil along a closed zipper helps lubricate the zip. Highly recommended, especially on sale!
