I think this bag is great. It's sleek and has structure so I like that the form doesn't collapse when the pack is empty. It looks good, is compact, and the organization flows well. I particularly like the strap pocket for the phone and the side pocket that expands to fit my big nalgene. I am still learning where i should put everything. I wish it opened up a bit more, it feels kind of tight putting stuff in and the laptop zipper is kind of hard to work with the waterproofing zipper layer, but overall it's pretty "tight" (as my kids say)
