Great size backpack for me (5’ 4” petite). Love how structured the bag is - doesn’t flop around when you open it. Fits so much more than my last work backpack! Easy to order. Arrived quickly. Photos on website really helped with selection.

Easy service.

Beautiful bag with loads of great design features, all in a relatively small space. I keep being amazed at how much I can stash in the various pockets in the main compartment and still have plenty of room to stuff in a layer in case it's cold. The key leash keeps my keys handy in the small, front zip pocket, and there's room for handkerchiefs, chapstick, etc. My wallet and granola bars fit in one of the inner zip pockets. All of my cords, etc. go into a zip mesh pocket. My 13 Macbook Air fits easily into the computer slot and the power cord can also travel nicely in the tablet pocket in front of it. I kept a pile of folders in there while walking around our statehouse along with everything else, and it still felt easy to carry. My one gripe: the sternum strap was sent as a separate add-on, and I can't seem to get it on the shoulder straps.
