The backpack is wonderful. It fits and protects my 16 inch MacBook and has plenty of room for all my gear. The design is stylish and fits very comfortably on my shoulders. I walk a lot and the water resistant keeps everything dry. If I have any feedback is to allow the zipper in the back that covers the laptop just a bit easier to open since it has the fabric that covers it.

Excellent service, excllent bag. I can go to the gym but also to meetings and it is business appropriate. I can carry my kit and laptop. Really light to carry. thankyou
