I love the look of the Frequent Traveler. I ordered three different sizes but was unable to find the right size and have returned all three pair of shoes. It's been two weeks since I sent shoes back and have not yet received credit on my credit card. How long does that credit process take?

What I first noticed about the shoes was the style, uncomplicafed with clean smooth lines. Next was the comfort they provided. It is as if the shoes cradleed my feet, providing support lasting the entire day and well into the evening. Lastly, people noticed the shoes. Each time I wear them, I get compliments like "I like those shoes" or " where did you get those" . Nice addition to my wardrobe; a sound investment.

Received shoes in a timely manner. Shoes are exceptionally well made and according to the hubby, very comfortable. He absolutely loves them.

Shoes are tight what can I do to make them relieve the pressure to type
