I have returned the shoes that were purchased to be exchanged for a smaller size. I purchased a size 11 and they are too big. I will reorder a size 10 1/2. The return process was very easy. I was able to go to the website page for returns and print a RMA via UPS form. There was no shipping charge for the return.

I had a toe amputated in 2007 and have not been able to find comfortable shoes since then. Until now! I LOVE these shoes! I will buy Hubbard shoes from now on.

More money than I usually spend on shoes, but exactly what I was looking for and not finding until now. Cute oxfords with a round toe. Very comfortable. I take a 7.5 or 8 and went with the 7.5. As others have mentioned, they do slip in the heel but, weirdly, I've gotten used to it and it doesn't bother me in the least. Love these shoes and may get a second pair in another color.
