I've tried so many other brands- one kind was way too tight on the waist band (ugh, the worst when you're already uncomfortable), another was looser in the waist but tight around the legs, others fit well but the material wasn't comfortable or the padding was so thick. *These* are perfection. They're comfy (loose where you want some flexibility but they stay put), the padding is protective without being remotely bulky (though I'll admit I'm a light bleeder), and they come in cute colors and patterns! I'm sold. I ordered one pair to try, having had such bad luck with other brands, and as soon as they arrived, I ordered 3 more. For reference, I'm 5'4", 135lbs, around a size 4 or 6 in women's clothes. In regular underwear, I'm usually between a size 5 and 6, and in these I found the medium to fit much better than a small.
