I love my joyja period panties. I used them alone on lighter days and with my menstral cups on very heavy period days. Between the underwear and my cup, I have been able to go “green” and plastic free the last year. It’s such a relief to not have to run to the store to get pads and tampons every month. It’s worth the investment. They are comfy, soft and functional. Plus they come in so many fun prints!
