Sent multiple emails to return items because of wrong size and half the time they come back as undeliverable and the other half I never hear a word from you.

Have been trying to return my order for almost a month and nobody is answering :( Reached out via the website and the help email and nothing.

Horrible. This company is a scam. I never received my order. I cannot connect with any sort of customer service, I have tried multiple times. I would like my order cancelled and refunded and it looks like I may have to just take it up with my bank. Order #43804 placed on Nov 29th, 2024.

I need t return a pair of UNWEN panties an d their Joyja. com email doesn’t work and the customer service line is obsolete. The return deadline is fast approaching and null.
