I ordered three pairs of underwear and got a package with a pink bra delivered instead. I've tried to contact Joyja multiple times since the package was delivered (it's been over three weeks now) and I have had absolutely no response. This is really disappointing, because I've ordered from this company before and want to support them, but if I don't get what I paid for or my money back I will never shop here again. Hopefully this is an isolated issue but regardless the lack of timely communication from Joyja is unacceptable.

So uncomfortable! Material is stiff and itchy and not breathable. Wish I hadn’t gotten a few pairs!

I never received my order and now the holiday special prices are all over. I'll be buying somewhere else from now on.
