Still waiting for a delivery from the beginning of December. And no way to communicate as the “joyja help” to communicate DOESNT EXIST! Even had another family member try. Supposedly Mail carrier hasn’t even received it yet! Thinking I got scammed by your company. Couldn’t be more disappointed in a retail business.

Got an email Nov. 29 saying order had shipped. It's Dec. 27 and still have not received shipment.

I have emailed and submitted a contact us for for several days spanning two weeks and have not gotten a response from your business regarding a return. This is very unfortunate. I submitted a BBB claim and no response either
