Review email didn’t have my name accurate. Customer service still has not reached out concerning a hole in a pair of panties worn once.

Customer service sucks and sizing not correct.

Each pair of the five I purchased were differently sized, although all were marked as large. Two pair were so tight that I couldn't comfortably wear them. After contacting the company, I received a response to my complaint aking me to let them know which ones didn't fit. I responded but never got another response or resolution.

Shipping exception, no follow up with customer service. . .

Ordered February. Got an exception, no package, no communications from company. Emailed multiple times, no answer. The joyja@help email DOESNT WORK!! So angry, NO communication, no follow up, nothing. Now leaving bad reviews in hopes that SOMEONE will reach out. . .

Requesting Customer Service for Return

Hello, I've sent 2 emails since Jan 15th regarding my purchase and needing to return items and have yet to receive a response. I'd love to return the items as they do not fit properly. Hoping this may spark someones attention to reply to my email. Order #44027. Once I'm in contact with customer service to return my items I'll pull down this review. Not absorbent enough for me

These just didn’t work for me. They didn’t fit me as I had expected, were a much lower rise than I had been anticipating, which just wasn’t comfortable for me. But they also weren’t nearly as absorbent as I had hoped. I wore them for about an hour and leaked right through and stained them on the 3rd day of my cycle, when I wasn’t at my heaviest flow. But the worst part was that I had sent several emails to their help desk, and all of them just bounced right back to me. I tried to email their mother company, adore me, someone responded initially, said they’d forward me to someone else, I received one more email, responded and then it’s been radio silence since then. I have 9 pairs still in their packages that I just have no use for ☹️
