Okay underwear

Wore these during bedtime when I had my period and still leaked on the bed. Took the underwear off and when I pressed the outside of it therenwas transfer. Not as leakproof as I thought, they're more supplementary while wearing a tampon I would think. Bought the Amelia highwaist ones. I wouldn't repurchase, but will continue to use the underwear because they were expensive for what you get in my opinion.

Create a high leg cut as in option please

I love the concept and they are very useful. There are only two things I would say that are a negative. One reason being I can’t tumble dry them However, it’s not THAT big of a deal to hang dry. The one issue that really bothers me is that the leg holes are very uncomfortable. It sits at an awkward long length causing them to cut into my bikini line making me not want to use them, simply out of discomfort. If I size up they are way too big in the waist and end up slipping down constantly. This issue is with every style I have purchased and tried. If you guys could offer a “high leg “ cut option I would buy at least 7-10 pair!

Whyyyy?

Why? Why would you do this?! All we asked for was the Ella and Amelia style without lace — not less coverage area!!! 🤦‍♀️ SMH Now the Madison and Jess are no better than the Ruby Love pairs that don’t offer enough coverage area front to back. Whyyyyy would you take coverage away?? It was perfect before, but the lace was undesirable. Now, these are just useless.

Disappointed

While my daughter loved the product, we ordered two sizes to ensure proper fit. The 30day guarantee promotional ad implies it would be easy to swap the wrong sizes for the correct ones. But customer service is bad and we gave up after getting lost in the maze of emails. We ended up donating the two pair that were too small and decided to just be done with it.

I really wanted to like them

I ordered several pairs with the heavy absorbency with the idea it would be my only protection, as I am normally a light enough bleeder that I free-bleed without any protection through most of my cycle, thinking it would be nice to be protected and not have to worry about the (slightly)heavier times when I normally use a menstrual cup. Unfortunately, the smell even at the lightest times was so bad I was self-conscious through my entire period. I have never smelled my menstrual blood as strongly as I did when I was wearing these undies. I’m going back to regular underwear throughout my period, with a cup when I really need it. I’m disappointed because buying 4 pairs was a huge investment for me, but unfortunately my regular underwear are better than using these.
