While my daughter loved the product, we ordered two sizes to ensure proper fit. The 30day guarantee promotional ad implies it would be easy to swap the wrong sizes for the correct ones. But customer service is bad and we gave up after getting lost in the maze of emails. We ended up donating the two pair that were too small and decided to just be done with it.

I ordered several pairs with the heavy absorbency with the idea it would be my only protection, as I am normally a light enough bleeder that I free-bleed without any protection through most of my cycle, thinking it would be nice to be protected and not have to worry about the (slightly)heavier times when I normally use a menstrual cup. Unfortunately, the smell even at the lightest times was so bad I was self-conscious through my entire period. I have never smelled my menstrual blood as strongly as I did when I was wearing these undies. I’m going back to regular underwear throughout my period, with a cup when I really need it. I’m disappointed because buying 4 pairs was a huge investment for me, but unfortunately my regular underwear are better than using these.

The order took almost two weeks to get here, and by then I missed my first period. I had to wait until my most recent one to try it out (more than 30 days after purchase). I am usually a M/L and the L felt like tight shape-wear on me. The high waist rolled down and the low bikini gave me an uncomfortable muffin too. I loved how thin and cute they were compared to my other period underwear, but they definitely didn’t feel like they could hold more than a light tampon - I could be wrong, I couldn’t wear them long enough to try. I’m very disappointed as I was looking so looking forward to this underwear.

It leaked on the sides.

I bought several pair in the old styles with the oranges/lemons and palm fronds. I just ordered some of the new patterns and the size larges now are smaller than the size mediums before. It’s super disappointing.
