Where's my shoes??! Still have NOT received weeks after placing order.

I bought a pair of sandles and the right shoe was much wider than the left. I returned and revieved a new pair, which was the same as the one I returned. I gave up...kept them but NOT HAPPY.

.2wice I called them for to not cancel my shoes, which I canceled but decided to keep it. But there is no option to cancel my return.frontdesk lady said someone will call u soon .but since 1 wk I didn't get any call or email from them.even no chat replied. Well I returned the shoes .wow what a customer service .pathetic and irresponsible. No more order from this store .shoes runs smaller ,narrow plus slippery.i this its fake Italian shoes store .coz I have worn Italian sandals and shoes b4.its comfortable and true sizes .

Rubber not leather and not worth the money

Still waiting to hear from tech-support about my order that I placed and is being returned Because my lot number wasn’t on my order and I called customer service last night and they said somebody was gonna call me I asked for my order to be resent with the address corrected
