I returned the item and then they sent me the same item. Trying to return the 2nd item no communication!

I still have not received my order. Two post offices are blaming one another and saying it was delivered to one post offce and that post office is saying they never received the package. i have all paperwork from both post offices. What do I do Now?

No communication once you placed your order for days about order confirmation or acct verification even after I e-mailed customer support.

Your shoes seem to run very large. While I was waiting for these, I tried others on at DSW and everyone was too large for the size indicated

tried to exchange but got nowhere since website is faulty.
