Italian Shoemakers

I have been trying to reach customer service for some time now, to no avail. I want to return/exchange a pair of shoes and nobody can get back to me.

I need to return the shoes, follow the instructions and they don't send me the label. They say I should send an email, I already did and nothing.

I haven’t received my order

I wore these sandals for about 3 hours (most of that time was spent sitting at dinner) and the material under the foot has ripped on both the left and right shoe. I bought two pairs and now I'm not sure if the one pair is defective or if this will also happen on the other pair. So I want to return them but no one is responding to my emails. I sent pictures of the ripped shoes in the emails.
