Italian Shoemakers

I still don’t have my shoes yet. A return was made for a bigger size and a shoe was sent that was 3 sizes smaller than what I needed and it was the wrong shoe.

I returned the first pair of shoes i ordered and never received a refund. Then I received the exact same pair of shoes in the mail but a smaller size that I didn't order. Since then I have called your company and sent two emails and still no refund. I don't know what to do with the second pair.

I have been trying to return a pair of shoes for a month. I have sent several emails and have gotten no response. Please help. Thank you.

The first time I wore my new shoes, the sole lining shredded in several places. I've been wearing this brand for years. So disappointed with the quality of materials. I would really like a full refund.

The Missie Thong Sandal received is the wrong size. I ordered size 9 . I got 9 /12. Its too big. I think its defective s I wore it ONCE and both feet of the sandals were torn. Im requesting either a replacement OR full credit . asap Cheryl Strachan 876-870-6404
