Italian Shoemakers

I have emailed 4 times for a return label and still haven’t received one. So I am not happy with the dirty shoes that were sent to me and they don’t even do what I asked for.

I have emailed your customer service department four times with no response. I need a return label for my shoes. It is not printing out on my end and said there is an error on your end however, I get no response but you send me this. Please contact me.

I have reached out through email, through online chat and have not heard back from Italian shoemakers. I continually receive marketing email and requests for feedback but cannot get any information back.

Please response to my emails for a request for a return label.

I have to return the two items because they are too wide. I have emailed customer support 3 times with no response. Extremely disappointing for a long time customer.
