Italian Shoemakers

So this is the first time I have ordered no flat flip flops. They have a little wedge. I always wear and 8. However I feel that I should have ordered the 9 in the higher heel.

I believe the one pair of shoes with the green have been worn before they sent them to me.

The box arrived mostly broken but shoes look perfectly fine

Size did not fit. I tried to return online and one the last step got a message that an error occurred and couldn't print return tag. It said to try again later. When l tried again got a message saying "Unavailable for return" because item had already been returned. I would greatly appreciate either receiving a return tag by mail, or at least a mailing address where l can return the shoes.

I placed my first order but tried repeatedly to get the 10% discount that is displayed as a banner on the site. Ive sent an email to customer service twice about it but they never responded.
