Italian Shoemakers

Sent wrong shoe. Supposed to be white top and bottom but came white top brown bottom. Please fix. Thanks

The shoes look great but too lo loose How can I ask a bootmaker to make them not so loose Are they made for fater feet?

Had a little trouble with the web site, ordered wrong size as a result. Took almost 2 weeks to receive. In spite of all that, I LOVE these sandals. I have them in 5 different colors.

Shoe straps are to loose for medium width feet.

I ordered black and it came navy. Disappointed with that,,, I always wear Italian shoemaker for my work because they’re comfortable. I always wear size 7 when I’m at the store. These were bigger than normal. I was really disappointed ordering online size 7!
