Italian Shoemakers

I was unable to print the return label as the shoes were too big. I had to send an email 3 times before anyone would respond.

I am a returning customer. I bought 2 pairs and need to return one pair because I did not like the color. Returns department is terrible service. Never got a code or instructions on how to send back. i still have no code and no instructions. I give the pair I kept five stars.

I love the sandals, however, they sent me the wrong size. I tried to email them and there hasn’t been a response. I decided to just start the exchange process and the shipping label wouldn’t work and the site stated to email them. Of course, no response. I did finally get a return label, however, once I mailed the sandals back, I have not received an email that they were received or a new pair mailed. Frustrating customer service! I’ll probably not buy directly from Italian Shoemakers again.

Not as comfortable as you used to be. These shoes hurt.

Sent wrong shoe. Supposed to be white top and bottom but came white top brown bottom. Please fix. Thanks
