I ordered two parkas. One for me and one for my friend. One came in excellent condition but the other had a defect - a small rupture of the shell on the back. It is tiny. I can live with it. Not worth the hassle of paying for return and waiting for it to go thought customs again. But I would be very hesitant to order from Gill again. I would first scour the internet for alternatives.

About no quality control; Customer service was correct 1st email, later they ignore me during a week and after try several times they suddenly sent me a new item. Its not the brand use to be.

at the moment it's hard to say. the size was wrong and I returned the product unfortunately I'm still waiting for a refund. of course you'll probably use the whole 14 day period. I don't know why if it would make any difference to you to return it after 5 or after 14 and I'm planning to order a second pair of pants but first I'm waiting for a refund so at the moment one star for your delay. but you have a chance for 5 as soon as I close a new pair

Just been informed that my order has been cancelled unilaterally without explanation . Order GE6933591720GB. It is not the first time . Sorry but next time I will consider twice before ordering
