I purchased a bag with an estimated delivery time of 3-4 labour days according to the order confirmation. It finally took 10 days and I had to pick it up at the cargo air terminal in order to have it in time for my depart.

Awful. No free returns on orders over 300$. It cost me 40$ to return my order. I was willing to place another order with the correct sizing but given the fact that you won’t reimburse me the total amount, I’m not going to risk buying another order over 300$ and losing another 40$ in the process. Also, your return process is not user friendly. The person I emailed didn’t give me the link to the DHL reduced pricing until the 3rd email exchange. Honestly, really frustrating and quite deceiving. I won’t be placing an order ever again. I’ll save my money and invest in a company that is willing to accommodate my return request based on sizing inaccuracy.

The boots are too small for my husband. Can you advise how to return the boots and exchange for a bigger size? thanks Theresa Redburn Order no: GE3770630270GB
