My original order was over $200 but one item did not fit. Instead of exchanging it and just shipping it for free. I had to return it and you provided me a credit and then when I re-ordered it it was under $75 and you wanted to charge me for shipping. That’s not right. Also, the original order had a 20% discount and I could not apply the discount to the new order. I had to write an explanation to get the 20%. The entire process is just too difficult and complicated. Would be much easier to just exchange the item that doesn’t fit for another one and you ship it for free.
