Sized way to small and some poor quality on one shirt pretty disappointing

The clothes are always great! Ordered a 1/4 zip and regular sun style shirt and both came without the zipper style. The package even shows 1/4 zip but the shirt is just a normal long sleeve like the other one. Again it’s great clothes and absolutely love the shorts!

I'm stuck with an expensive jacket that doesn't fit right. It was never disclosed that this order was not returnable. I will not buy Gill products anymore.

Worst customer service ever! I got a jacket and ordered a size up and it’s still too small. I ended up getting sick and other things happened. I called to return and the crappy attitude girl said “it’s past 60 days”. Tried to explain and she did not care! I will never buy anything from them ever again!

I ordered a fishing jacket you said it was in stock you Accepted the order, charged my credit card then the next day refunded my money and never told me why you never shipped it Never offered me an alternative or to back order it I sent two emails asking and you never responded The only emails I get from you are to review your products and service not to respond to my inquiries
