Your a great company, just this purchase was not your finest moment

Great products but seems to be a glitch when purchasing internationally. Purchase had gone through almost instantaneously without allowing me a final review of what I had bought, nor did I get a chance to cancel. Even after contact regarding the incorrect purchase almost immediately after the mistake was identified, the item could not be withdrawn from being dispatched. So I had to receive it, and send it back. Waste of time!!
