I have returned the item and near a week later I still have no communication from Ganni.

It was almost impossible to return an item. I buy all types of clothing from overseas ( I’m in Australia & the regular customs paperwork did not come with the package. It took several weeks to solve a simple problem which could have been remedied by just emailing the forms to me but that didn’t happen after I sent several emails & each one till weeks later . Very frustrating & wouldnt buy again unless they streamline their processes.

Hi there, I have spent the last few weeks trying to source my specific order with the Ganni embroided on the side as per the photo on the website. I have received my order today and to my grave disappointment have received the other Ganni sneakers WITHOUT the embroided side as pictured which I could have sourced for $195 instead of these for $345. I am extremely disheartened as this was a birthday present and I have been trying to source this specific design for almost a month and only bought them from the official Ganni website as per the photo pictured is what I paid for. Could you please confirm if you are able to provide me the exact style with the ganni on the side as pictured in a size 39eu OR can I request a full refund as this is not what I had ordered and have been waiting for weeks for this specific design with no information that this has been changed or modified?
