Horrible customer service

I still haven’t heard back from sending a message Wednesday and on Friday. Can’t get a hold of anyone on the phone. Worst customer support I’ve ever experienced, will not be bringing my business here ever in the future.

DO NOT USE DESSY

Website is horrible. Tried to get in contact with customer service over the phone and could never get a hold of anyone. Ordered half of my bridesmaid dresses and before ordering the rest shortly after, the production time went from 9-10 weeks to 16 weeks so now I must get the rest from somewhere else. Thanks for all the additional stress!!!!

A lot can improve

The customer service did not meet my expectations. The lady I spoke to wasn’t clear in addressing my inquiry and I am not happy with having had to pay the mailing fee to return two items which cost more than 500 dollars. Mot sure I’ll be purchasing from the Dessy Group in future based on this experience.

Very unhappy with your policy

Very unhappy with your policy of refusing to allow customers to return or exchange dresses. This doesn’t make sense in this day and age where there are no dressing rooms to try multiple items on.
