I don’t understand what I’m reviewing. I was just informed that my order is delayed and will not be delivered in time for my son’s wedding. And that I have no option to receive a refund. Neither are not good for a positive customer experience.

Order was cancelled nearly a month after it was placed.

Lacks Value on providing the best customer service, it shows that they only value customer who hasn't order, once ordered, they wouldn't entertain customers anymore

Zero stars. Was never given a response from customer service. Absolute garbage.

Vague details on when dresses will arrive.
