Czarina

I have ordered 2 dresses but only one arrived. I have called the Czarina but get the response that they asked me to sent an email to their sales team. Then I have sent an email to sales team but still haven’t heard from them. I cannot get any information by any mean where the missing piece of the dress is. It is very frustrating.

Still waiting for my purchase

I put my order in 6 weeks ago & I am still waiting to receive it. Not very impressed at all . And no notification as to when it will arrive either.

Ordered items on 23/07 - no dispatch advise received Email sent requesting update - no response Items required to wear to a wedding this Friday and unsure if will arrive on time

Terrible customer service from this company. It really is a shame as their dress was beautiful
