Staff not very helpful, long wait on the orders to arrive and no update. Czarina you seriously need to soften a little bit towards customer service.

No communication whatsoever!! I know we’re in lockdown but I would still like to have known that my dress hadn’t even left yet. I wanted it for my birthday! Nothing I can do but I would still like to know an estimated day of arrival.
