The fringed top is a little impractical as the fringing gets caught on everything.

I returned my dress as too large and they advised the size small was not in stock and they would advise me when in stock and when send to me. This has not occurred instead the funds have just been sitting as a credit as opposed to advising me when dress in stock. Have been chasing this up in multiple emails and still not obtaining a response.

I have always had prompt service from your company. However, my last order has not arrived and my last email requesting where my order is has not been replied to. regards Toni

I received the faulty dress “fabric.” Quality would have been expected to be a lot better than what I had accepted, still not worn disappointed in what I had paid for.

I actually purchased the garments to take away on a getaway and they didn't come in time and I ordered them 2 weeks before my getaway and they are still not here on the 19/8 so it is going on to four weeks now. I get stuff from overseas quicker, you also have a shop in Maroochydore which I live 20 mins from and when I asked if I could get my order from there instead - the question was never answered, I found the service and delivery time way too long for an Aussie brand. Please don't blame covid as I have received lots of stuff during the lockdown in a timely manner. I won't buy from here again.
