I emailed the team to see if I could get some advice on veil styles and embroidering the handwriting of my late father. The team were really helpful and responsive, sending photos and explaining everything. And when my veil turned up I was over the moon. It’s exactly what I wanted, beautiful quality. I was recommended Britten by both my best friend & also my dressmaker and I'm delighted I followed their advice. The choices were plentiful and varied and I'm thrilled with the 'Alyce' veil I opted for, with beautiful embroidered personalisation. Follow up service was incredible! They reached out to double check I was happy with the colour I chose & it transpired I hadn't updated it and almost ordered something I didn't want. I haven't worn the earnings properly yet as my big days isn't for a couple of weeks. But they look lovely and I tried them on to see how my sensitive ears would feel and I was delighted that after an hour I had no sore ears. They were a little more money than I had wanted to spend, but they looks beautiful and if they don't hurt my ears they are worth every penny!

From start to finish the team were great. I ordered a custom made 'Charlotte' necklace to fit with my wedding dress and the process was so simple and the necklace is beautiful.
