Really friendly and helpful

I had such a positive experience with Britten Weddings. I spoke to Jackie on the phone as I was uncertain about which veil to go for, she was very helpful in advising me and we decided to go for a bespoke design. Within just a few days of ordering the veil, I had already received it. Before ordering the bespoke veil, I ordered the swatches which were really helpful in making sure the colour of the veil suited the colour of my dress. Ordering veils can be quite daunting but Britten Weddings make it easy for you at an affordable price and with great quality in their craftsmanship. I would highly recommend them.

To say that I was bowled over by the care and service with great attention to detail would be an understatement. Having communicated with other veil specialists online this was the first time I felt 100% looked after. Nichola and then Jackie both went above and beyond in helping me choose the right colour. They were there every ate of the way for questions and suggestions. The quality of the design and making is second to none but the care and attention of the team just knock it out of the ballpark as our American friends would say. Even the attention to detail for all packaging from the samples to the dress itself show this is a company who cares. I got the double layered horsehair and I cannot wait to wear it. Show stopper. Thank you Nichola and Jackie for your patience and true dedication to your job during an often slightly daunting wedding planning journey. You made it that bit more enjoyable and simple.
