Terrible experience. Not helpful & no exchange whatsoever. I requested to change a dress that was far too big (and not described as being so large) but wasn't allowed to get a smaller size as it was on sale. Quite sure this is against Australian Consumer Rights. Anywhere else businesses would allow people to exchange for a smaller size - but not here. BUYER BEWARE.

I think this is a bad company, they brag free delivery worldwide. I place a order for 3 items came to 228 then after I place paid and got my tracking info, 3 days later I got a bill for 114 for duty and tax and conveinece fee. Not a good practice to rip off new customers asked them to at least pay half which is 57 they refuse. well I will not order again, and the clothes are see thru, not good Quilty and for the prices they charge us would think they want to make people happy who pay over 300 for 3 items I will make it lives goal to let it be known about this hidden fee, she sent me a snap shot of a thing warning you about duty, not easy to find. and finding out after you already made the payment really sucked I was told if I did not take the duty and accept my shipping I would be charged double the fee meaning I would owe then money what a scam

Miss leading information

My parcel is stuck at customs. I cannot afford the preposterous duties. ZAR 1600. I can and will not pay for it. Please refund me as soon as they send it back. You should have disclosed that this will be the case. It's non transparent and you lead me to believe the transport is included. I have ordered from Abroad but I have never had to be responsible for duties this hefty. What a disappointment.

Feel like I've been scammed. Appalling customer service.
